  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs (or 2 flax eggs for vegan)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder until just combined—don't overmix!
  4. Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
