  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 celery sticks, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 8 oz sturdy tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. While wings are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add buffalo sauce, stirring until combined.
  4. Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl, pour buffalo sauce over them, and toss to coat.
  5. For nachos, spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and top with shredded cheese and jalapeños. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Serve wings with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing alongside the nachos.
