  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
