  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

Instructions
