  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 23 chili peppers, sliced (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups fish stock or water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by finely chopping the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and tomatoes; cook until soft.
