  2. Add Chicken to Marinade: Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
  3. Preheat Your Grill or Oven: Heat grill to medium-high (375°F) or preheat oven to broil (500°F).
  4. Cook the Chicken: Place marinated chicken on the grill or a baking tray if using an oven. Grill for 10-15 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F), brushing occasionally with leftover marinade.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, let rest briefly, then sprinkle fresh cilantro before serving alongside naan or rice.
