  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix imitation crab, cream cheese, Sriracha, green onions, and soy sauce until blended.
  4. Spread cooked sushi rice in the greased dish; layer with the creamy mixture evenly.
