  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta shells by boiling in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Generously stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
