  • 1 can (14 oz) canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Rinse spinach and chop roughly. Sauté in a skillet over medium heat until wilted (about 3 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chopped artichokes, sautéed spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
