  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey (or veggies)
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat; drain fat. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, then simmer.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with ricotta and half of the mozzarella until smooth.
  4. Combine cooked spaghetti with cheese mixture and meat sauce; mix well.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour mixture into greased baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
