  • 15 oz ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened (3-4 minutes).
  2. Add ground meat and brown thoroughly, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Pour in marinara sauce and layer broken lasagna noodles on top; stir gently to combine.
  4. Drop dollops of ricotta cheese on top, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the dish.
  5. Cover the skillet and let simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
