Instructions

  1. Slice bell peppers into strips and dice the onion. Mince garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the sausages until browned on all sides (about 10 minutes). Remove from pan and let cool before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions; sauté until softened (5-7 minutes).
  4. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Return sliced sausages to the pan, combine everything gently, and heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
