Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets, placing them skin-side down on a cutting board.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the sauce for drizzling later.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the fillets and pour half of the prepared sauce over them. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until flaky.
  5. Plate the salmon, drizzle with reserved sauce, and garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
