  4. Carefully place salmon fillets into the pot along with dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat until salmon flakes easily (about 10 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat; stir in more dill if desired. Serve hot with an extra squeeze of lemon.
