  • 12 oz ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  4. Place half of the ravioli evenly over the sauce.
  5. Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese and drizzle with more marinara sauce.
  7. Repeat layers until reaching the top, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
