  • 3/4 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture; stir until combined.
  3. Gradually mix in flour and salt until a dough forms; knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. For the filling, mix brown sugar and cinnamon with softened butter; set aside. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, roll tightly, and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish; let them rise again for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before frosting with cream cheese icing.
