  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and mix until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour and baking soda together; gradually add to the wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized dollops onto prepared sheets, flattening slightly with a fork.
