  • 6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Toss until well coated.
  3. Roll out half of the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan. Fill with the peach mixture and dot with butter.
  4. Roll out the second half of the dough and place it over the filling. Seal edges and cut slits for steam to escape.
