Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, and salt.
  3. Stir honey and melted butter into oat mixture, then combine with dry ingredients gradually until blended.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise in a warm area for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Shape risen dough into a loaf and place it in a greased pan.
