  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper using your hands until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a saucepan, warm the marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the baked meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the slider buns in half. Place one meatball on each bottom half, top with mozzarella cheese, and broil for 3-5 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve immediately with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
