  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (red or yellow)
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (whole wheat or regular)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and bell peppers; cook until softened.
  3. Crumble in ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
