  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp fresh chives or dill (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a gentle boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat; let sit for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs: Transfer cooked eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs: Crack and peel under running water.
  4. Prepare the filling: Halve each egg lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the whites. Garnish with paprika.
