  • 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine grape jelly, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, toss them in the sauce until well-coated.
