  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for glazing)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in a drizzle of oil until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, sautéed onions, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
