  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
