  • 8 oz fresh cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, cook chopped chicken over medium heat until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, sour cream, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares (about 4×4 inches).
  4. Place a spoonful of filling on each square. Fold into triangles and seal edges with a fork.
