  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
