  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound), cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Carefully fill each pasta shell with the creamy filling and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
