  • 1 lb marinated flank steak
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the russet potatoes; cut them into fries (1/4 inch thick).
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy (4-6 minutes).
  3. While frying, marinate flank steak for at least one hour.
  4. Grill or sear the marinated flank steak for 5-7 minutes per side until charred and cooked to your preferred doneness.
