  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch dish and poke holes in the bottom.
  2. In a medium saucepan on low heat, melt the butter. Stir in granulated and brown sugars until bubbling.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk while increasing heat to medium. Once steaming, add dissolved cornstarch and stir until thickened.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
