  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or skirt steak
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper. Add the beef and toss until coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
