  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli for 3-5 minutes until bright green and just tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in the steamed broccoli, adding garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
