  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed onions and bell peppers (about 1 onion and 1 bell pepper)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Sour cream or salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by finely chopping onions and bell peppers.
  2. Sauté onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil for about 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with cumin and chili powder, cooking until browned.
