  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 oz fresh truffles or 2 tbsp high-quality truffle oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. If using fresh truffles, shave them into the sauce; if using truffle oil, drizzle it in and mix well.
  5. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
