  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups stale bread cubes
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers or onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
