  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.
