  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
  • 2 tsp za’atar spice blend

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the plain yogurt with sea salt until well combined.
  2. Line a fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth or coffee filters over another bowl. Pour in the salted yogurt and let it drain in the fridge for at least 12 hours until thickened.
