  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat with melted butter until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from heat and slice.
  3. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
