  • 8 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor recommended)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain, reserving some pasta water.

  4. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired creaminess.
