  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
