  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes (wear gloves for protection).
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and garlic powder until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the filling.
  5. Top each stuffed pepper with panko breadcrumbs for added crunch, drizzling with olive oil if desired.
