  • 4 oz (113g) goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (60g)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  2. Wash and dry figs; trim stems carefully.
  3. In a bowl, combine goat cheese, honey, and chopped walnuts until mixed well.
  4. Slice each fig in half lengthwise but do not cut all the way through.
  5. Fill each fig with the goat cheese mixture.
  6. Place figs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
