  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oats, brown sugar, and flour.
